Entomopatogenní houby jsou velmi diverzifikovanou skupinou s nejpočetnějším zastoupením v odděleních Microsporidiomycota, Zoopagomycota a Ascomycota. Využívají různé mechanismy infekce i způsoby života. Prezentováni jsou zejména zástupci běžní u nás.

Entomopathogenic fungi are a very diversified group with the largest number of representatives in Microsporidiomycota, Zoopagomycota and Ascomycota. Various mechanisms of infection and life cycles are known. Some examples of these fungi from the Czech Republic are presented.
