V oblasti rostou zvláště chráněné druhy hlívovec ostnovýtrusý (Rhodotus palmatus) a kalichovka lužní (Omphalina discorosea), ale i mnoho dalších vzácných a ohrožených hub.

One of the most interesting alluvial forest complexes in this country is a habitat for more than 850 species of macromycetes, i.e. fungi with fruiting body visible to the eye. Lignivorous fungi, both gill fungi as well as non-gill fungi are the most abundant. However, the number of species from the groups of Boletaceae and Gasteromycetes is relatively low. Specially protected species grow in this area, such as Rhodotus palmatus and Omphalina discorosea, as well as many other rare and endangered species.
